@ Hattie - People on the outside looking in make judgments based on perceptions, they don&#039;t know the real deal.

@Elizabeth - Nice to have my Twitter friends stop by.  Gladys does have it rough, but we try to make life a little easier for her.</description>

		<description>Right. I used to get that all the time re: my mother in law. She could manage to be social and with it for about 1/2 hour and then she would fall apart. People said we were &quot;spoiling her&quot; and letting her become dependent and so on, when really she could not manage at all!</description>

		<description>If I have a choice - I want to go home and not linger around here!  I&#039;m so sorry Gladys is in such pain - and that it takes you 2 1/2 hours to get her ready to go.  Oh my.  My mother is most engaging also and people who visit will comment that she&#039;s doing so well.  They see her or talk with her for a short period of time every so often and don&#039;t really get a real life view.</description>
