		<description>@Wendi - Your sister certainly has her hands full with a disabled husband and a special needs child.  She has to be a special person to adopt a child knowing that she would require extra time and effort.  God bless her.

@Cath - You are so right.  Family caregiving is 24/7.  Nurses get to go home and leave the caregiving to someone else for the next 16 hours.  Family caregivers don&#039;t have that luxury.
