		<description>I agree about laughter. While I was caring for my aunt during her second bout with breast cancer, we both knew the situation was dire. Until she got very tired of trying, we would laugh at the TV, at her weird reactions to music, whatever we can find to laugh about. I can honestly say when the laughter stopped my stress level increased.</description>
