It is quite lovely and peaceful and I did get lots of rest. @Judy - I had to laugh when I read your comment because my husband always wants to go, go, go. I keep telling him the root of the word vacation is vacate. Some of my <strong>acquaintances </strong>felt bad for me that I went alone; however, my <strong>friends </strong>knew I was in a single, solitary heaven! <em>Priceless!</em> @Hattie – Thanks. A couple months ago my husband and I, along with long-time friends went away for six nights. Prior to our trip, all I could think of was relaxing to the ocean sounds and reading and doing absolutely nothing. The other three though had different expectations - we were busy out and about the entire trip! Nice being away and with close friends but I'm still looking forward to time alone! I am so glad you got the time you needed for yourself. It looks lovely there. I have never been to the Caribbean. Our "getaway" is the other side of the island where the resorts are.
